Style:
レギュラーフィットの5ポケットパンツ「Dixon」。オールド感のあるディテールの5ポケットパンツだが、縫製はジャパンメイドならではの緻密で繊細な縫製で仕上げられています。本縫いと巻き縫いの2本針縫製はワークウエアではあまり見られない細幅に設定で縫製しています。ポケットの補強にはバータックを使わず、細かなステッチワークでデザインされています。袋布は別布使いで、内側の処理もロックミシンを極力を使用せずに生地の端を巻き込んでキレイに仕上げています。テーラーリングの技術を活かした職人の手仕事で造る拘りの詰まった作品です。
Fabric:
14ozのオリジナルセルヴィッチデニム。米綿の超長綿を使用したサラリとしたドライタッチで重厚感のある生地となります。シャトル織機で織り上げることで糸質、生地の風合いがヴィンテージ感のある素材に仕上がっています。サンフォライズド加工を入れ、洗濯後の縮みを軽減させています。

Style:
Dixon is a regular fit 5-pocket model featuring the classic traits of jeans with attention to detail that exemplifies Japan made products. Made with a combination of lock stitching and narrow width flat felled seams, this particular width is hardly seen on workwear items. Instead of the contemporary bar tack stitching, pockets are reinforcement with decorative stitch work. The pocket bags are made from a separate fabric using a lock stitch machine. This classic model features traits of handmade tailoring techniques of our skilled craftsmen.
Fabric:
A custom-produced 14 oz. selvedge denim made with long staple U.S. cotton giving the fabric a dry texture. Woven on shuttle looms, it gives the fabric the distinctive character very similar to vintage denim. The fabric is sanforized for minimal shrinkage after wash.
